A twenty-plus year veteran of the Toyota Production System and its tenets of team with its  focus on interpersonal relationships, I launched Education Nonpareil while in Brussels, Belgium.  Translating hands-on experience to "common verbiage" for the international assemblage led to speaking on and writing "how-to" subject matter.
