THE BOOKS

I worked in Juarez, Mexico when Fortune 500 corporation GTE Sylvania Inc located their production plant there. I was hired because I had worked with "foreigners" before. (I grew up in Europe, American military dad, European mother). I did not speak Spanish but managed to develop the organization and both staff and associate teams while drawing and visualizing the plan.
"How to" books help in understanding "what" to do and "how" to do it. After twenty-years of writing and visualizing how-to processes and procedures on the global arena, I found it a natural transition to write books of the same for adults and children.
